Psychological distress can cause serious psychological issues that need to be treated. To reduce psychological problems and therefore lessen psychological distress I am trained in and use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques.
I use this technique, because it has been clinically proven to be effective for many psychological issues. In comparison to other forms of therapy CBT is focused on the “here and now” and changing your approach to the way you think about yourself.
I work with children, young people and adults (statutory health insured, private health insured or self–funded patients).
